Hi ,
We have a setup of five HP rx7640 servers each with 2 no. dual port HBA cards connected to HP XP12000 disk array
Approx 80 TB of disk in HP XP12000 is presented evenly to five nodes via 2 pairs on HBA cards .
We have now added 2 more dual port HBA cards on each node but not yet configured .
Could you please advise on the way forward
how we can configure & present existing 80 TB disk space & new to be added across all 4 HBA cards on each node .
Many Thanks in anticipation .
Regards
harish

Solution
Hi,
1) Modify the zoning on your san switches to that the new HBA are included in the same zoning as the first two adapters
2) Present the Luns to the new HBA on your XP12000
3) Rescan the disks on your OS (which OS do you have on your rx7640?)
