Configure MSA 1000 With no server

I am wondering if there is a way to configure an MSA1000 with 2 MSA30's attached (via SCSI) without having to connect the MSA1000 to a server (by console or some other means)?

There is a CLI via serial connection.

Go to
http://www.hp.com/go/bsc
for the manuals.
