Creating .cfg file in SVP XP24000

xperts, can you help me in creating the .cfg from SVP of XP24000.

Whats the procedure?

As I had login to XP SVP, I used to take the Config folder and generate reports. But now I have an option to work in SVP. so please let me know the procedure..

I dont want to log a case with STC to get this done..

Hi,
you can install the C-track utility to upload the config to the web. From there you can download and process it...
the pain is one part of the reality

Thanks IBaltay,

Could you please suggest me the steps to Install and configure C-Track. Iam told that HP CE will take care of the installation.
