Daisy chain BA356 shelves on an HSJ80

I am looking to add storageworks disks to an HSJ80 pair in an MW controller shelf currently attached to 6 BA356 shelves loaded with drives. I would like to daisy chain each BA356 to a second shelf. Any problems doing this as opposed to moving my controller to a 3 enclosure BA370 setup ?
