Difference between 53xx and 4200

Can someone explain what the significant difference is between the 3200 and 5302-64 controller cards? I can tell the 5302 is Ultra3 and the 3200 is Ultra2. Is the 3200 a 4 channel card and the 5302 is only a dual?

Re: Difference between 53xx and 4200

The 5302/64 supports raid 0,1,0+1 and 5. Has 2 Ultra3 SCSI channels, can
have up to 28 drives and has battery backed cache. Of course it has
64MB ECC read/write cache. PCI bus is 64bit, 66MHz.

The 4200 supports the same raid setups. 4 Ultra Scsi2 SCSI channels, can have up to 56 drives. Everything else is the same as the 5302/64.
