The combination of W2K3 and HPUX is not possible.
HPUX runs only on a single controller with a specific firmware

With a firmware upgrade you can have mutliple HP-UX machines.
You should be able to assign one LUN to the windows box and 1 LUN to the HP-UX box.
What may be problematic due to the filesystems being different is sharing a LUN.
The limitations of this device have been made less severe with recent firmware releases.
