Disable BIOS on integrated controller ?
Is there some way to disable the BIOS on the integrated controller, and still have it detect the attached drives without booting from them? I have non-Compaq option cards that provide the boot support, but they are only recognized in the BIOS as PCI cards and don't have a boot order option to set, so the integrated controller is always attempted first.

Re: Disable BIOS on integrated controller ?
Unfortunately there is no way to disable the BIOS on the int. controller. In the BIOS under the non-Compaq controller does it give you the option of Boot Controller Order?? If not then you might want to update the BIOS and the F10 partition. If it still doesn't give you that option then it can't be done.
