Does 4250ES support Ultra2?

Does 4250ES support Ultra2?

Does the controller support Ultra2? The specs call it an Ultra2 controller, but when I look at it in Insight Manager, the speed of the connected drives is slower (20 MTS) than other Ultra2 controllers we have like the SA4200. All the drives are identical.
