Drive indicator not showing in ACU

I am building a new ML 370 with a SA431. I have 3 - 18.2 GB hot-plug drives in a RAID 5 configuration. When I run the ACU I see all three drives, however when I select individual physical drives I do not see the online status or the drive failure lights on the drive in slot 0. Slots 1 and 2 correctly display all three lights. Slot 0 only shows the Drive access light. I have tried another new 18.2 gig drive in the same slot with the exact same results. I am concerned that in case of failure, the drive failure indicator will not light. The only modification I have made to the server is updating the server firmware to 4.07A. Any reasons for this behavior? How can I fix it?

Apparently I was shipped a couple of bad drives. I swapped out the bad drives for another couple I had purchased and everything's working great.
