EVA 4000: how to disable Automatic start on Power Restore

I have wrote an script to shutdown the 2 eva's on power failure and that activated on UPS triger. but when power is restored i don't want to start my eva's in my absence.
in my servers there is a setting that on power restore 1-start, 2-off, 3-restore previous state.
i want EVA to be OFF after power restore. where can i change this setting??

I think that you cannot control this behaviour, you should turn off the key on the rear of the controllers.
