EVA 5000 performance monitoring tools

Do EVA 5000 disk arrays get shipped with any performance monitoring tools? If so, what are the names of the tools and how long does it take to get each one up and running?

IF they don't get shipped with tools, what additional costs tools are available that can give performance stats on a running?

No, the storage array itself is not shipped with management software - that is an extra item. Starting with Command View EVA V4.0 you get EVAperf that automatically installs with CV-EVA.
