EVA Business Copy on Linux

I need to develop a script to run on a RH to do Business Copy, here is the environment;

- RH4 with 2.6.9 kernel
- md as device file
- Oracle dbase
- LUN with multiple path
- EVA6000
- SSSU

I appreciate if anyone has a script do that and can share it with me, or any feedback or suggestion.

What exactly do you intend to do?

You can use SSSU to create snapshots, pressent them to hosts, delete them, etc.

Check in the SSSU manual the commands:
ADD SNAPSHOT
ADD LUN
DELETE LUN
DELETE VDISK
etc

But, have you considered installing RSM? It simplifies the automated tasks and the creation of scripts.
