EVA dynamic capacity manager and VMware

I saw in the RSM user guide there is support for VMFS with DCM. What does this mean? can I use DCM on disks created on a VMFS volume or can I use DCM on the VMFS LUN's itself created on the EVA?

Can I also use DCM on RDM disks (LUN's on EVA) assigned to windows virtual machines?
