EVA3000 and Windows server 2008 MPIO

I have just built a Windows 2008 Enterprise server and presented a LUN from my EVA 3000 running VCS 3.110, I see 4 instances of the drive in Disk manager, I thought 2008 had a native MPIO funtion to "hide" the other paths to the disk, I tried adding the HP MPIO Tools v3.02. no luck, I can format the new drive ok and use it, I just don't want to see the 3 other copies in Disk Manager.

Windows 2008 is not supported with XCS 3.110, only Windows 2003.

You need to update to Active/Active firmware 4.100 to connect a server with Windows 2008.

If you are seeing four copies of every LUN, then you do not have the proper version of MPIO installed. You need to install the one from the HP site, after you remove the one from Windows.
