What is the status in command view EVA? Please try a full refresh of the RSM using the circle arrows at the top left.
Is there any DR groups in suspended/logging state?

Re: EVA4000 is abnormal state in RSM
Thanks Ivan,
Seen from the command view, all OK.
So do you mean I should try to refesh the RSM status.
And How can I decide whether DR groups is in suspended/logging state?Just see from command view or controller event log?
Thanks ,Louis

Yes, refresh the RSM status using full "Perform a complete refresh of the server database".
You can see the status under "DR Groups" at the left pane.
You can have warning if some cloning operation is currently running.
