Dear all,
I get a EVA4400 with 1D1C which i found it doesn't work any more. Here are some log info collected by cli below, can somebody tell me what's wrong with it? THK & Regards!

SolutionXCS == 09001000 - it doesn't get much older than that :)
Does both keeps on restarting?
Do you have any important data on it?
I can't really tell from that why it's doing that, maybe somebody else can. Is the cabling maybe somehow not done correctly?
One other thing you can try is to pull out one controller a little bit and let it try to get up with only one controller.

also make sure you have no dead disks as we found that dead disks were crashing our controllers on old firmware, if it boots i would try and update the firmware ASAP

Thanks for your key clue! It is about firmware version. Now it works good.
