We have encounted around 3 times the same issue and issue solved by selecting the option "use as is".
Please paln for XCS upgrade to XCS 9534 if it is not.
Hope you have tried complete shutdown of the servers and power on.

As per the screen shot the version is 09501000.
Recommandation is to move to XCS 9534000. You can get the software from
software.hp.com and check for XCS 9534000 and download the instructions.
You can log a case with HP for the assistance.

if your eva is still under guarantee...
pls contact hp...hp will help you to upgrade the fw...
