Easy one, will RAID card 3100ES support int13

I need to do an emergency partition shuffle on a Win2K server using any partition tool. Most will create a boot disk and claim as long as the controller supports int13, the software will see and talk to the controller, no problem. So does the Raid Card 3100ES support this?
I have a RAID5 set on this card (3 volumes, C,D,E) on a Win2K Adv server and I want to shrink the "D" volume to add space to both the "C" and "E" volumes.
