Did you see any error message on MSA1500 LCD?
I assume that there is Fault amber LED on both MSA1500 and MSA30 and MSA30 EMU LED is blinking .
Check the back side of the MSA30 Shelf.
There may be PS or Fan Indicators flasing Amber or off . In normal condition , the indicators should be solid green. You need to replace that component whihc is not showing solid green.
Once you replace the faulty component, the EMU LED will stop binking.
If those are OK, then you need to check for
other Environment conditions like tempreture etc. which is causing EMU to flash the LED.
