Eva 3000 and Business Copy
Hi,
We have two HP-UX 11.x machines. On our production server we run an oracle database, i was trying to make a snapclone of the database partitions from the production server and mount them on the development server through businesscopy 2.1a, but during the process of mounting the snapclone on the development server, the script dies. The only thing i can detect is that the script is trying to fsck the partitions with an -F N/A option instead of an -F vxfs option, what is going wrong?
Stephan

Re: Eva 3000 and Business Copy
Hello,
I made that procedure by coling 6 volumes and presenting them to the developpment server and everything is ok. I made the script manually because the business copy utilities is not very reliable.
So try to make the same procedured manualy by importing the volume group and making FSCK with no option if u want .
Good luck
