Expand DL380 Cluster In A Box Array

I have a 2 node DL380 cluster in a box setup with 6 x 36Gb drives using Raid5 and running Netware6 sp2. The array currently has 98Gb of data on it.

I want to populate the remaining slots with 36Gb drives and expand the array.

1. What's the best way to expand the array without losing any data??
2. After the drives are added, how long will it take for the array to expand from 6 x 36Gb drives to 14 x 36Gb drives??
