We are having exact same problem on our system. We added disks, expanded array, and now show no unallocated space on the disk. We are unable to utilize the additional space. Apparently Diskpart.exe will not extend the system or boot partitions. It says so in thier documentation.

Hello! I solved this problem with software from third side finally. Acronis DiskDirector is very good I guess. :-)
