Extending logical drive on DL380 G3

I have a RAID5 logical drive.
The RAID consist of 4 disk of 146 Gig.
I've added another disk of 146 Gig in the array which is already expanded (it took about 12 days to expand it online with cpqonlin.nlm)
So i have 4 disk in RAID5 in the same logical drive and one disk ready to join the logical drive. This server is critical in my school so the downtime must be short.
My question is: How long will it take to extend the logical drive ?

For novell netware 6.5, its off line with the smartstart cd.

The time it will take is 15 minute per gigabit of data. In my case i have 200Gig so it will take me 50 hours to do the process.

It is recommended to set the priority at high and to 50% writes and 50% reads.

I let you know after the extend is done. I plan to start the process the day before christmas.

Note: for the expansion of the array, i've done it with CPQONLIN.NLM and took me 30 min per gig. So, 5 X 146Gig = 730Gig that's about 365 hours or a little more than 15 days.
