FC 60 takes more time to be detected by the Server

Hi All ,

Please help me in finding the solution for the below query .

I have a FC 60 Storage Box with 2 SC10's .
Each SC10 is having 8 * 73GB Hot Swap Disk's .

I am finding that only if I wait for 15 Minutes after powering ON the FC60 , with SC10's powered ON before 5 Minutes of powering on FC60 , the HP 9000 N4000 Server is able to show me the LUN's in SAM ( HPUX 11.0 ).

In case I am starting my server before this time , I will not get any FC60 Components in SAM .If I try " ioscan " , I will be able to see NO_HW comment instaed of CLAIMED .

Waiting for solutions

Should only take a couple of minutes to spin up the disks on the SC10. Power on the FC60 and allowing the controllers to boot and configure should take a few more. 15 minutes sounds like a lot. You may want to contact HP support and check those times.
