FC60 Problem

I have a FC60 with a Lun in Raid 5 and two hot spare disks.
why when fail a disk in a lun,the hot spare remain hot spare don't work and remain hot spare

hi,

Have you configured the available disk as global hot spare from sam.
Refer to the attached doc for more details.
