Failure to boot proliant 1600 after array configuration

The following the Error Message we get while trying to boot the system after running the Array Configuration Utility:

Array Ctrl bridge BARs configured Incorrectly by System ROM unrecognized xx Controller
Upgrade firmware on all Compaq Array
Controllers using options ROMPAQ

Please make sure that the smart array controller is on a different bus than any other PCI card.
