Go from Raid 5 to Mirrored

I have a 3 disk raid 5 array is it possible to add another disk and create two mirrored arrays without losing any of the data.
They are 3 146GB disks in the raid 5 array so I have 286GB of storage. There is about 200GB of data on the disks so if I break the array will the data spread itself over two of the 146GB disks.
