Re: HP EVA8000 Logs

What logs are we refering to??

I am explaining the procedure for

Controller Event logs..

1. Open Command View EVA

2. Click on the EVA for which we want the logs.Click on View Events on the right.

3. Click on Controller Event log. Here you get option from some other logs as well. Choose which ever you want.

4. A windows pops up. It might take some time for the logs to be populated. If you want to save them click on 'Get log Files' and save it in a location of your choice

Re: HP EVA8000 Logs

- Start by logging onto the storage appliance or connecting to commandview eva
- Select your cell
- Select View Events button
- From the View Events Window select controller Event Log Button
- Select the Get Log File Button
- Select a file name you will remember
- File is now saved

The logs are inside the saved file.
