HP ProLiant ML370 G5 Server Raid 5 with 3 disks
Dears
I have HP ProLiant ML370 G5 Server with 3 164 SAS 10 k Disks and i wanted to make Raid 5 but all i got is raid 0 and raid 1 , so what is wrong i already update the raid controller to last version but still have the same issue .
i read about some H.W restriction BBWC . So can you help in this ? Thanks

You read correctly. The raid controller E200 on the ML350 G5 can only do raid0, raid1 and raid10. You need to buy the 128MB BBWC option to be able to do raid5.

is this mean i have to replace my 64 controller with 128 new one or i can install extra part that upgrade my 64 e200 controller .?? and what is the price for it .. Thanks a gain
