HP SURESTORE E DISK ARRAY 12H WITH 2 CONTROLLERS-IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT THIS DISKARRAY TO A HP-9000 L-CLASS RUNNING HP-UX 11.X AND TO A HP-NETSERVER RUNNING WINNT 4.0/OR WIN2000 SERVER.IF SO PLS. ADVICE THE H/W REQUIREMENTS FOR HP-NETSERVER AND PROCEDURES.AT PRESENT THE ARRAY HAS 4 DISKS IN BOTH THE CHANNELS 2-2 EACH AND CONNECTED TO THE HP-9000 L-CLASS VIA SCSI INTERFACE.

Yes it is BUT you need HVD SCSI interface cards. (A4800A or A5159A [dual port]) for your L-box or an Adaptec AHA-2944UW for your Netserver.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

I wouldn't get the dual port rather two single ports just so there's no single point of failure in your configuration.
You could also get fibre channel adaptor and a fc -> scsi mux
This would be a better solution in the long run as the autoraid can be taken down for maintenance without having to shutdown your server.
You can't hot plug scsi (unless you've got 11i and OLAR capable scsi cards.)
