HP Smart Array 30 enclosure

I have the above enclosure connected to one MSA 1000. The LED at the back of this enclosure is not flashing and the MSA 1000 displays the following messages:

41 Redundancy Active Active Controller
43 Redundancy Failed Hardware Failure
413 Storage Box #3 EMU Version CP20
413 Storage Box #1 EMU Version 1.86
412 Storage Box #2 Emu not responding

Access to the disk drives in the non responding #2 is working fine.

What would be the correct way to bring this back responding?
