HP Smart Array P400

Can anyone tell me what the maximum logical drive capacity is for this? Quickspecs just says "greater than 2TB" - not much help!
Its in a Proliant 320 running W2K3.

The P400 supports Up to 3TB of total storage with 6 x 500GB SATA HDD
OR

Up to 1.3TB of total storage with 18 x 72GB SFF SAS HDD

Hence the statement "greater than 2TB"
