HP-UX 11.x Fiber Channel Fabric Logon patches

Are the Fabric Logon patches for HP-UX 11.x available? They were supposed to be released on July 1st. But can't find them here or at www.software.hp.com.

Also does HP-UX 11i include above mentioned patches already?
