HP VA 7400 Controller Card Replacement

Dear Freinds

I am facing a problem in HPVA 7400 - Having Controller Card Faulty and Power Supply Fault

Servers : hp 9000 rp 5470 - 3 Nos
HP SAN Switch with 8 Port
HP VA 7400 diwth Dual Controller - 512 MB

I faced the controler card problem - server were hung while replacing . So i decided to continue with Old Controller - but when i am starting the Application with single controller which was woking fine( I/Os on the Storage), it is giving following errors in the syslog and server goes hung state - pls help

dinil,
it seems as if you have a bad disk in the array.
how do you check the disk status ? are you using command view ?
