HPUX Healthcheck - VA7410 SAN Config descrepency

I was requested to run HP's Healthcheck routine and it has thrown up the following messages -

LCC JA0/C1: is connected to the wrong backend port, could impact performance!

LCC JA0/C2: is connected to the wrong backend port, could impact performance!

LCC JB1/C1: is connected to the wrong backend port, could impact performance!

LCC JB1/C2: is connected to the wrong backend port, could impact performance!

Now the system was installed by a VAR supplied HP engineer a few years back and we have not had a problem. But as a result of this I have gone back to the manuals, drawn up my topology as I read it and when checking the actual configuration it matches, I am therefore a little confused why this has thrown up other than the Healthcheck is reporting as if this was a 7400 SAN and not the twin looped 7410.

The current configuration is made up of one 7410 and two 2405 disk enclosures. Configuration is as follows -

Controller 1 port JBOD2 -> JB1/C1 Port 0
Controller 1 port JBOD1 -> JA0/C1 Port 0
Controller 2 port JBOD2 -> JB1/C2 Port 0
Controller 2 port JBOD1 -> JA0/C2 Port 0

Port 1's on both 2405 are empty.

As far as I can tell this is correct with 7410 loop 1 having the main controller disks and 1 enclosure and the other enclosure on its own loop.

Any advice appreciated.

Re: HPUX Healthcheck - VA7410 SAN Config descrepency

5 months down the line the same engineer that identified this issue has been onsite and confirmed that other than the fact that the two 2405's have each others ID's for the ways its cabled, with this setup the cabling is correct.

However armdsp -t appears to show that Controller 2 has two ports called J2.

Anyone seen this before - Engineer replaced controller two but this still occurs.
