-msa2312sa - dual controller

-two 3G SAS switches

-BL460G6\G7 with P700m controllers

-ESXi 5.5u1 (HP Image)

How problem looks like:

It begins from msa events

2014-07-14 11:24:18 B2600112 Host link down. (port: 2)

after the while some (from 1 to 5) hosts show BSOD and some of VMs freeze with 'I DONT SEE ANY DISKS' but some still work.

ESXi show what all 4 pathes are alive, MSA show for one of port: Host port health is unknown.

Then i switch off this WrongStatePort in SAS switch - after few seconds port set to OK on MSA.

Main problem - then it heppen a lot of VMs stops or work very slow.

All device are updated to last frmware.

Interesting fact - in 4 of 5 times only B controller do this.

Please help to find solution to fix this,

thanks a lot

That was my first-of-all operation but it didnt help.

As i could see your environment dont include SAS switches and blades so that little bit deferent)

Yes, no switch.

2 x H220 directly connected to the MSA
