How can i know everything about my EVA

How Can i know the version of my EVA?, my controllers version are HSV200.

If you need more, you can ask and tall me how to do it.

connect the managment port of your controller you may open the webbased managment of it with browsing the defult IP address http://192.168.0.1
the username is admin and no password.

you will find all iformation about your eva in.

Nader: It's and EVA4000 or 6000, no 4400, there's no management module.

Geyson: Hardware - Rack 1 - Controller enclosure - Controller A - Software version

That's the firmware version of the EVA


Hardware - Rack 1 - Controller enclosure - Controller A - device ports

If there's a 3xx switch there, then it's an EVA6000, if not, it's an EVA4000

XCS 6.000 is unsupported since December 31, 2007. Update to XCS 6.220 and Command View 9.2.
