How to find the SN of an EVA3000

How can i find the SN of an EVA3000 running CV6.02 from the SMA
the SN has been removed from the rear of the rack.

There is no reliable way to get it from CV-EVA. For the EVA3000 it was usually not put on the rack but on the left or right innerside of the controller rackmount kit.

It is possible to order a pair of controllers and then the SN is just on a piece of paper you can stick somewhere...

Well, I usually put the model number and the SN into the system's comment field when I first set up the system, because people of better things to do than crawling into a rack ;-)

You could try to find out the original delivery paper or ask the distributor.

Each HSV controller module has its own serial number which is not really related to the EVA3000 SN. I don't know if manufacturing tracks both SNs and keeps the data for later lookup.
