How to positivley identify model of disk array by serial number

I am trying to positively identify the model number of a Compaq disk array chassis. The only number I have available is the chassis serial number of 9J1BFLW17R4K

I suspect that this may be a RA8000, about 2 years old, but need to positively confirm.

Can anyone help identify/confirm this model or point me to a resource that can?
