How to reset a NetRAID 4M Array Controller
Does anyone know how to delete a container configuration of a Netraid 4M Array controller?
We've tried several options but there is a specific procedure to reset this card. Does anyone know?
We've tried disconnecting the battery for quite some time, but this had no effect. Also tried several PCI slots, no effect either.
In the FAST utility the container cannot be removed, the DOS configuration (CTRL-A function) does not work at all, the system locks, a reboot is neccesarry.

Re: How to reset a NetRAID 4M Array Controller
you can unse the CCU CTLR_A may not work because you have other card confilicting with this controller, try a clear cmos, try to remove SCSI cards...
via Fast:
Deleting a Container
Use the Delete command to remove the container (logical disk) from
the system. A deleted container├в s partitions are returned to
freespace.
To delete a container, do the following:
1 In Container view, select the container you want to delete and
select Delete from the Container menu.
The following message appears: "are you sure you want to delete container (X)"
2 Click Yes.
