How to setup P812 and MSA60 for best performance

Hi,
We are using a Linux machine based on DL385 G5.
With 2 controller card P812.
And with 10 MSA60.

Each MSA60 has installed 1TB SATA disks.

We would like to achieve:
- 200MB/s write, and 200MB/s read at the same time.
The blocksize from the application (TSM) is 256k

How should we configure the controller (RAID)?
And how should the Linux be configured?
- RAID?
- queue depth
- etc..
