Hp BL460c Blade server with Novell 6.5 sp7 and MSA 1000

We have set up a new Blade Server(BL460c) NW6.5 sp7 with a Controller QLogic QMH2462 FC HBA.
The installation process worked well, but HBA controller is not communicating with MSA 1000.
I have loaded the HBA card latest supported QLogic drivers manually, when i run CPQONLIN.NLM from Server Console, output shows “No Supported controllers have been detected in this System”

"list devices" from Server Console shows as follows:
0x0007: HP Smart Array E200i Slot 0 LUN 0
0x000F: Compaq MSA1000 50014300008B900

The Blade server & SAN configuration as follows:

HP Proliant BL460c G1 X5365 4G 2P Server
(2xQuad-core 3.0,1333 FSB, 8GB RAM)

HP 146GB 10K SAS 2.5 DP HDD,

HP BLc QLogic QMH2462 FC HBA
MSA 1000 Storage Array
Brocode Blade System 4/12 SAN Switch

Perhaps the SANswitch2/8 needs to have the WWN of the new HBA added in so to provide visibility of the MSA controller from the server blade?
