INVALID ARRAY ID Error
I got a problem to run armdsp, armdiscover, armlog, etc
At first, It was worked well
But now, when I run the command 'armdsp' or 'armdiscover'
I got an error messages like this:
# armdsp -a va | more
INVALID ARRAY ID Error loading class: com.hp.HpPanDev.JBODObj.JBODObj
The server is HP RP8400 with va7410 array
and uses HP-UX 11i v2
Is someone who experienced this problem?
I think I need some help

Re: INVALID ARRAY ID Error
Try to restart your hostagent
/sbin/init.d/hostagent stop
/sbin/init.d/hostagent start
/sbin/init.d/hostagent stop
/sbin/init.d/hostagent start

Re: INVALID ARRAY ID Error
I restarted hostagent daemon,
But The result was the same
for reference, I got errors also
when I try to see disk information on SAM utility
/opt/sanmgr/commandview/client/sbin/armdsp, did not
provide a Serial Number for device file /dev/dsk/c8t0d0.
Please be sure that the array software utilities have
been properly installed and the device file exists.
The Array and its LUNs will be displayed, but dual
paths will not be collapsed.
thanks for your consideration :)
