Increasing Disk Capacity in a Raid5-configured ML370 G2

I have a Netware 6.1 server with all HD Bays occupied. It is configured Raid 5.

Can I just replace 1 drive a week and let the RAID rebuild/re-mirror?

Will the additional disk space be available once the 5th drive has been replaced?

Is there a better way to increase my disk capacity?

Thanks for your help,

Jeremy:

On a Smart Array, you can replace each individual disk... one at a time letting the disk rebuild fully before replacing the next all while the server is online.

Once the last drive is replaced, you SHOULD be able to see the extra space if you are replacing your drives with larger capicity drives.

Once the space is available, you can use it to extend existing logical drives abd/OR make additional logical drives.

The only other way would be to ADD drives to the array or add a new array(new array adaptor, if needed... drive shelf (MSA30), etc).
