LUN not accessible

I am having a windows 2003 server. my EVA is 3000. I am having two LUN present to my server. I have used acronis software to take backup of my data. After that i am not able to access my data. but if i am booting by a Live CD like Knoppix. i am able to access my data in the LUNs. Please give a solution. very urgent for me
