Hi, Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere you can view the disk sizes installed in the MDS600 through VSM?

Re: MDS600 Disk Size Through VSM
Hi,
Do you have this connected to a standalone server or a blade-chassi?
Or is it part of another solution?
VSM - is that the Virtual SAS Manager?
What do you mean disk sizes installed? Like the amount of GB on each of the physical disks in the MDS600 chassi?
It's been a while but I thought that it was in the Virtual SAS Manager that you used to configure the arrays and assign disk drives to the blades/server. Has this changed?

Re: MDS600 Disk Size Through VSM
Hi Johan, Yes its connected to a C-Class enc using Virtual SAS Manager. When you view the disks within VSM you cannot see view the individual disk sizes in GB. You can only select the individual disk but you cannot see the individual disk sizes anywhere?

Re: MDS600 Disk Size Through VSM
Cool, yeah that seems like a quite useful thing to have!
So now the only way for you is to view it via ACU or SMH on one of the servers I guess.
Maybe somebody who has one of these can assist you or knows how to find it.. I tried to look in the manual but couldn't find anything in there.
