ML310- Array Offline

One of the Hard disks is seen by the array controller as offline using raid 0. Each time i restart the server, it gives error message Array(s) offline. Configure Array. It only goes upto press F8 key to configure array. The Array for the second hdd is seen as offline and no option to put it online. Help please.
