ML350 G3 (SA641)
I have an ML370 with 2x36GB Mirrored pair for Op's & App's I then have 3x36GB RAID5 for the data, fairly standard. I need to add another disk (146GB)to the RAID5 array to expand the capacity. I realise that I will only be using 36GB of it's capacity by adding it to the existing set however this is for a quick fix. I intend at a later date to add further 146GB drives throughout. At that time I will do a full back up swap disks and restore. To the point, can I just stick the disk in and use the HP Utility to expand the partition?
Thanks in advance.
