MS cluster with 4M netraid card

I am using 4M netraid for my cluster. i used FAST to configure my 3 Hdd as raid 5 in my RS12. After creating 1 logical harddisk/disk array , i partition it as 100MB quorum and the rest for share storage. From the cluster administrator, i can only assigned my quorum partition as a new resource. i could not assigned the shared storage partition as an another resource. i dont face this problem with 3SI card. Why is that so? anyone face this promlem or have a solution to it?
