Have a MSA 20 attached to a DL380 G3 server and would like to know the proper shutdown procedure for the MSA20

Solution
Hello,
- shutdown the Server
- power-off the MSA20
Otherwise you could get data loss, if you power-off the MSA20 without shutdown the server. If no application is accessing a logical drive, which lies on the MSA20, you could remove the drive letter in the disk management, and power-off the MSA20 after that. That should be safe too.
